Each babysitting Co-op needs the free startup kit. Download your startup kit here and then set up a 3-ring binder for the Leader notebook and a 3-ring binder for the Secretary notebook. Each Co-op group needs only one startup kit because the two notebooks are passed from mom-to-mom. Each mom in your Co-op must have her own copy of Smart mom's Baby-sitting Co-op Handbook so she has the instructions for what to do when it becomes her turn to be the Secretary or Leader.

Instructions: Pages 4 to 11 are section dividers for the Leader notebook. Pages 12 to 27 are a set of "originals" for both the Leader and the Secretary notebooks. You will need to make/print copies of the original forms and then place them in appropriate section dividers of your two 3-ring binders. For example, page 4 is the notebook section divider titled "Participant Directory Section". Look through the originals and find the blank participant directory form (page 12). Make about five copies of page 12 and put them in the "Participant Directory" section of your notebook. (Remember to keep the original).
Oop's! Your co-op ID number will not be printed on your startup kit. This means you will have to invent your own to write on the cover of your two 3-ring binders.
